Yes, the camp is in English. Activities are designed to be hands-on and visual so that language barriers are minimized. No English level is required to join camp. All staff are kid-friendly and Japanese-speaking staff are available for assistance.

For the Moiwa Program, lunch is provided from Monday to Wednesday. For the Family Program, participants are responsible for their own lunch, though arrangements can be made for an additional fee. Lunch and dinner are provided on Thursday during the overnight camping, as well as breakfast on Friday.
Yes, the camp is conducted in English. Activities are hands-on and visually oriented to minimize language barriers, so no specific level of English is required to participate. All staff are experienced in working with children, and Japanese-speaking staff are available to assist as needed.
We rotate our activity schedule every two weeks, so campers attending for two consecutive weeks will enjoy a new set of experiences during their stay.
Yes. Children as young as six months are welcome to join the camping trip. Please note that additional participants beyond the registered camper and parent will incur an additional fee.
If weather conditions make outdoor camping unsafe or uncomfortable, we provide an indoor camping alternative. The final decision on whether to remain outdoors or move indoors will be made in consultation with participants.

Yes. Sleeping bag and mat sets are available to rent for ¥4,900 per set. Please let us know when booking if you would like to reserve one.

Please pack enough clothing and toiletries for the full duration of the program (6 nights, 7 days). All items should be clearly labeled with your child’s name.
Essential Packing List:
Program check-in at the EdVenture Activity Center is at 15:00 on Sundays. For campers traveling alone and requiring airport transfer, arrival times to new Chitose Aiport must be no later than 13:00.
Check-out is on Saturday at 10:00. For campers returning along and requiring airport transfers, please schedule domestic flights departing after 12:00 and international flights departing after 14:00.
All airport transfers are subject to availability and incur an additional fee.
Accommodations are dormitory-style, with bunk beds in each room for up to four campers. Every room features a private shower, toilet, and a shared sink. Boys and girls are assigned to separate rooms. An EdVenture staff member will stay on-site in a separate room to provide supervision and care.
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and one towel per child are provided. Campers are required to bring any additional personal toiletries they may need.
Yes; However, to help campers stay engaged, activities are device-free. Phones can be used during free time in the evening.
All meals are included for residential programs. During certain activities, campers will have the opportunity to cook for themselves under staff supervision. For a detailed daily meal schedule, please refer to the overview page.
