Payment Policy

Full payment must be received within 9 days of booking to confirm the reservation.
For bookings made 9 days or less prior to the program, experience, or service start date, full payment must be received within 48 hours of booking.
Payment is accepted by credit card or bank transfer. Bank transfer payments are not accepted within 9 days prior to the program, experience, or service start date.
Guests are responsible for all transaction fees, including credit card processing fees and bank transfer fees.

Cancellation policies vary by program type. All cancellation policies apply per child registration.

Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the program, experience, or service start date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 14 to 7 days prior to the program, experience, or service start date will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the program, experience, or service start date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations due to sickness may be eligible for a refund at MnK’s discretion upon receipt of a valid medical certificate.

Cancellations made on or before 15 days prior to the program, experience, or service start date will incur a cancellation fee of ¥10,000 (summer only). Amendments made before this date are subject to availability.
Cancellations made 14 to 7 days prior to the program, experience, or service start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the program, experience, or service start date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations due to sickness may be eligible for a refund at MnK’s discretion upon receipt of a valid medical certificate.

Amendment Policy:

Changes requested within 14 days prior to the scheduled program, experience, or service date will incur an amendment fee of ¥5,000 per change. All amendments are subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
Amendment requests must be submitted in writing via email to bookings@mnkniseko.com or through MnK’s official booking platform. Amendments are not confirmed until confirmed in writing by MnK.
If an amendment results in a partial or full cancellation, standard cancellation fees will apply in addition to the amendment fee.

By participating in any activities or services arranged by EdVenture, you expressly agree to the following terms:

Release of Liability: You voluntarily release and discharge Midori No Ki Kabushiki Kaisha, its affiliates, agents, employees, contractors, and partners (collectively "MnK") from any liability, claims, or demands arising from any injury, loss, damage, or other harm incurred during your participation in the booked activities or services, including, but not limited to those caused by negligence.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MnK from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your actions or omissions during participation in the activities or services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan for any disputes arising from or related to this agreement
