Payment Policy

  • Full payment must be received within 7 days of booking to confirm the reservation.
  • If the booking is made 7 days or less from activity/camp start date, full balance payment must be received within 48 hours of making the booking.
  • Payment must be in Japanese yen via bank transfer, credit card, or Flywire.

Cancellation and Amendment Policy

Winter Camp, Winter Experiences:
  • Cancellations made more than 15 days before the experience/service start date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the experience/service start date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount will apply.
  • Cancellations made 7 days or less before the experience/service start date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount will apply.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the experience/service start date due to sickness, you may be eligible for a refund, depending on our discretion. Lessons can be rescheduled or refunded upon receipt of a valid medical certificate.
  • Above cancellations apply to registrations per child.
Summer Camp:
  • Cancellations made on or before 15 days prior to the camp start date incur a cancellation fee of ¥10,000. Any amendments made before this date are subject to availability.
  • Cancellations made 14 – 7 days from the camp start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount
  • Cancellations made 7 days or less from the camp start date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount
  • Cancellations made the day of activity (camp, lesson, guest service) due to sickness, may be eligible for a refund, subject to their discretion.
  • Above cancellations apply to registrations per child.

Amendment Policy:

  • Any changes to experience/service requested within 14 days of the scheduled experience/service date will incur an amendment fee of ¥5,000 per change. Amendments are subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
  • All amendment requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official booking platform or bookings@mnkniseko.com. Amendments are not confirmed until advised in writing by MnK.
  • Please note that if an amendment results in a partial or full cancellation of the booking, our standard cancellation fees will still apply in addition to the amendment fee.
