Payment Policy
- Full payment must be received within 7 days of booking to confirm the reservation.
- If the booking is made 7 days or less from activity/camp start date, full balance payment must be received within 48 hours of making the booking.
- Payment must be in Japanese yen via bank transfer, credit card, or Flywire.
Cancellation and Amendment Policy
Winter Camp, Winter Experiences 2023/24:
- Cancellations made more than 15 days before the experience/service start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the experience/service start date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount will apply.
- Cancellations made 7 days or less before the experience/service start date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount will apply.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of the experience/service start date due to sickness, you may be eligible for a refund, depending on our discretion. Lessons can be rescheduled or refunded upon receipt of a valid medical certificate.
Summer Camp 2024:
- Cancellations made on or before 15 days prior to the camp start date incur a cancellation fee of ¥10,000. Any amendments made before this date are subject to availability.
- Cancellations made 14 – 7 days from the camp start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount
- Cancellations made 7 days or less from the camp start date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount
- Cancellations made the day of activity (camp, lesson, guest service) due to sickness, may be eligible for a refund, subject to their discretion.
