We limit each lesson to 5 children, so long as their ability level is similar.
If participants are signed up for our 3 day consecutive program we include rental equipment and lift passes. We will also arrange for children to be fitted for their equipment in store prior to starting their lessons with us. Other programs are not inclusive of these additional items.
Pick up procedure
Our pick up service takes place between 8:45am – 9:15am. We kindly ask you to be prepared ahead of time. Slight delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions. If guests are staying in a hotel, please be visible in the lobby and keep your eyes peeled for our EdVenture van.
Drop off procedure
Children registered in our half day program are dropped off at their accommodation after lunch, between 12:30pm – 1pm. Participants registered in our full day program will be dropped off between 4:15pm – 4:45pm. Please ensure that a registered parent or guardian is present at time of drop off. For safety reasons, please advise the EdVenture team if there are any changes to the registered parent for drop off.
We offer our complimentary pick up/drop off service to all participants residing in the Niseko United area. If you are unsure whether your accommodation is eligible, please contact our team directly.
We have put together level descriptions on our Ability Chart for both skiing and snowboarding. Please have a look at the charts to assess your child's ability. If you are still unsure, do not hesitate to speak to our team directly. We would be more than happy to assist you.

We pick up participants between 8:45am – 9:15am, and provide drop off between 4:15pm – 4:45pm. Half day winter camp participants are dropped off at their accommodation after lunch between 12:30pm – 1:00pm.

Yes, a nutritious lunch is provided daily for half day, full day and multi-day participants.
Most of our morning activities are held at our camp base, which is on site at The Orchards Niseko. Some days will see children explore nearby snowshoe trails with camp leaders.
Lessons are held at nearby Niseko Grand Hirafu Ski Resort or Annupuri Ski Resort, a 15 minute drive away from The Orchards Niseko. Instructors will select the learning environment to best support the abilities and ages of camp participants, and is also dependent on weather.
So long as children are of a similar age and/or ability, this should not be a problem. Please let us know at time of booking if you have any requests, and we will try our best to accommodate.
