Do I have to pay all at once?
We request a 20% deposit within 7 days of making a booking to confirm registration. Balance payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
• Cancellations made 15 days or more from the camp start date will incur no cancellation fee • Cancellations made 14-4 days from the camp start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount • Cancellation made 3 days or less from the camp start date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount Further to this, when you stay with us at any of our MnK resorts, you can book with confidence knowing that your summer booking will incur no penalty for cancellations made 15 days or more from your scheduled arrival date. Please see list of accommodations on the MnK website.
Is lunch provided?
Daily lunch is provided for all days in autumn camp.
Does my family need to rent a car?
No, transport for your child is included for all 3 days. If families would like to rent a car to provide them freedom to explore outside of camp hours we do recommend it. Please ensure that you get an International Driving Permit (IDP) before you arrive if you wish to drive.
What time is drop off and pick up each day?
Drop off is 9am each day, pick up is 4:00pm depending on the afternoon activity.
