Overview of position:
As part of our food and beverage team, you'll work alongside the culinary staff to help with food preparation, cooking, and daily kitchen cleanliness. Your contributions will play a key role in making sure our guests enjoy great meals every day.

Work hours:
Hours range from 8 to 40 per week, with shifts of 6–8 hours per day. Schedules run up to 6 days per week, with one full day off guaranteed.
Primary responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support other kitchen staff as needed.
- Help with kitchen inventory and supply management.
Salary and benefits:
Compensation: ¥1,300 – ¥1,500 per hour, determined based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications and experience:
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must hold a valid Japanese driver's license or be able to obtain an International Driving Permit.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills such as Japanese or other languages are a plus.
- Able to provide an up-to-date criminal record background check from the country of residence.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- First aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Experience in a kitchen setting preferred.
