About EdVenture Niseko
EdVenture is an immersive camp experience in Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan. Designed to help families make the most of Hokkaido’s incredible green season. The week-long program connects children and young people to new friends from around the world, learning new skills, and with their family members in innovative ways. The camp takes full advantage of its location nestled between the iconic Mount Yōtei and Mount Annupuri in Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan.
Position Description
As an EdVenture program manager you are a role model, friend, mentor and hero to fellow staff, parents and campers. Your responsibilities will include staff management, program design and ensuring the smooth operation of the week-to-week running of your program throughout the summer. You will work closely with senior management as well as camp mentors, junior mentors campers and their parents.

- Enthusiastic, patient and reliable persona
- An interest in film and/or photography an advantage
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or a related field. Teaching, coaching or camp counseling experience highly favorable.
- Japanese resident or current holder of a valid Japanese Working Holiday Visa or eligible to obtain a valid Japanese Working Holiday Visa
- Must possess a Japanese Driver's License or valid International Driving Permit according to the Geneva Convention of 1949
- First aid qualifications or training an advantage
- Available to work from 7 June 2019 – 20 August 2019
