Where young minds have space to live, learn and discover.

About Us

Since 2011, the team at EdVenture has provided children, young teenagers and their families with an outdoor educational experience in the beautiful surrounds of Niseko, Japan.

The goal of EdVenture is to aid in the holistic development of children attending camp. Through building their own rafts, growing their own food, cooking, doing yoga, tree trekking, hiking, camping, and much more.

It is the belief that the great outdoors are the perfect setting for young minds to live, learn and grow.

corporate social responsibility (CSR)

At EdVenture Kids Camp Niseko, we are committed to positively impacting the environment and fostering a sense of corporate social responsibility (CSR). In collaboration with our parent company, MnK Niseko, we have implemented a tree-planting initiative to offset the carbon emissions generated by our guests who join our camp and stay in the rental properties managed by MnK Niseko.

Recognizing the importance of preserving our planet for future generations, we have actively engaged our campers in this meaningful endeavor. Through hands-on involvement, we instill in them a deep appreciation for nature and the significance of sustainability. Each camper has the opportunity to plant a tree during their time at the camp, contributing directly to the reforestation efforts.

Our tree-planting program goes beyond mere carbon offsetting. By involving our campers, we educate them about trees' vital role in mitigating climate change, improving air quality, and providing habitats for diverse wildlife. Through this experiential learning, we aim to instigate a lifelong commitment to environmental stewardship in our campers. Furthermore, we collaborate with local organizations and experts to ensure that our tree-planting efforts are strategic and aligned with the region's ecological needs. By focusing on native tree species, we promote biodiversity and contribute to preserving the local ecosystem.

Through our CSR-driven tree-planting initiative, we aim to lead by example and inspire other businesses in the hospitality industry to embrace sustainable practices. By taking responsibility for our carbon footprint, we demonstrate our commitment to a greener future and encourage our guests to be mindful of their environmental impact.
