‍About the Role

As a MnK Experiences Summer Season Activity Leader, you'll embody good sportsmanship through enthusiastic, non-competitive participation and support. Your responsibilities will include leading, assisting, and supervising outdoor activities while prioritizing the safety and well-being of each participant in your care (Duty of Care).

The ideal candidate

• Previous experience in leading groups of a range of ages through outdoor activities
• Comfort with working outdoors in diverse weather conditions is essential
• Previous experience in working with children in an outdoor education or educational-based setting
• Hold a valid Japanese driver's license or be eligible to obtain an International Driving Permit
• First aid training is advantageous
• Passion for the outdoors and nature
• Ability to lead or assist in various recreational activities
• Proactive attitude towards problem-solving
• Effective communication and collaboration with a variety of ages and skill levels, from young children to teens
• Desire and ability to thrive in a cooperative, team-oriented atmosphere
• Enthusiastic, patient, and reliable
• Interest in film and/or photography is an advantage

Salary

• Compensation is based on qualifications and experience, starting at ¥1,600 per hour
